    Talking Low Pass Fly-Bys (Video)

Counts down to #1, it's worth the wait!!

Some of you may have seen this and some have not. Pay particular attention to the # 1 low pass. It happened during a Blue Angles event over San Francisco several years ago .

It was the pilot's last show with the team and he had nothing to lose. Many of the boats in the bay lost windows to the Sonic Blast. It was a kick in the a-- to watch.

    That was fun.

As much fun as we have with our hand guns, can you imagine what some of these guys do with a multi-million dollar automatic like this in their grips?

That was great. I just watched it with my dad (retired F111 pilot). Guess it brought back some memories....about the last one he said "we used to do that all the time over the North Sea". When you are moving supersonic and flying low it pulls a big wall of water up right behind the jet.

    Would they have been disciplined?
A CCW is like a parachute; if you need one, and don't have one, you'll probably never need one again.

Most were SERIOUS safety violations...the lead pilot on the KC-135 (#2) wasn't caught until the video hit the interweb thingy...the Blue Angel pilot at the end was a blatent violation of operating procedures which caused damage to private property and violated all standing safety regs...

Being permanently grounded is serious discipline...

EDIT: I still love the videos...

The pilot with the biggest set of steelies was the KC-135 jock... couldn't have been more than 50 feet off the deck, and that bird even unloaded doesn't exactly have sports-car responses!

Our kids picked #1 & #3 as their favorites. That supersonic flight over the water was just amazing.
