Strange! Man/Woman ??? Talking On Cell Phone In 1920s C. Chaplin Movie -

The guy that discovered it BSs for a few minutes before the actual truly weird footage begins.

Caught on early silent film.

You need to watch the VIDEO all the way to the end because that is where the Zoom In and the radically slowed and stopped footage is located.

The person is obviously talking into some hand held device that he/she is clutching up to the ear.

There was no cell phone in 1920, or walkie-talkies or any mobile communication devices in fact they were not even dreamed of back then.

Then also check out "her" strange shoes in the slowed down footage.

I don't think that shoe style existed in 1920 either.

I see someone with a hand up to her head, with fingers curved in a shape. I believe it looks like someone tugging at hear hair or ear, scratching her scalp, while chattering away to herself. (This sort of thing occurs all the time in cities.)

The narrator sees a thin black device being held up to the lady's head. He claims to have never heard a theory for explanation of what it could be. I think he's just not listening when people propose possibilities that don't mesh with his thought that this lady must therefore be a time traveler. He even further cements the view based on her heavy, strange shoes that seem out of place.

The only weird part that I see is the narrator's desperate desire to see time travel in a Chaplin silent film.
