Telling a big fat lie, "we didn't launch a missile, it must be an airplane," is more of an insult to the public than, "somebody did a bad thing they should not have been able to do" is an embarrassment. Fess up, guys!

    It was Superman.

Or a bird just after eating 5-Alarm Chili.

Just a quiet message, sent by a submarine, to North Korea and China. Now ... move along folks.

Agreed, I really don't believe that any part of this was an accident. This was a clear concise message to someone somewhere. Maybe China, maybe Korea, who knows, but I'm sure someone got the message.

I'm okay with it being a missile launch from our forces. I'm okay with it being covered up, for reasons better know to those that cover things up. I am not ok with this being a test launch of a scud in a bucket. 35 miles off the coast is just about the perfect distance to launch a small nuke about 1 mile in the air and poof, the west coast is suddenly thrown back into the pre-industrialized era, if not all of the US, most of Mexico and part of Canada.

With the tensions betweek Israel, the USA, and Iran, this probably isn't the best time to be playing with missles. However, it is good to let everyone know that we do have the capabilities.

I can understand a coverup. But why show the west coast? And if it is a coverup, maybe they should have come up with something a little more believable. The story, as I said, is an insult to intelligence.

That was not an airplane/jet & that was not a water vapor trail.
So...I don't know exactly what it was but, I know enough to know that it is not was they are claiming that it was.
