Looks gimmicky. The only tried and true means of muscle maintenance or gains is resistance training. No matter whether you use free weights or machines, the basic ingredients to a good workout are proper warm up, proper weight selection, proper form, and intensity.
Generally, jerky movements are going to injure the muscle, even on a well-tuned athelete. I would avoid 'shaky weights' .

Exercise the arms and push away from the table. Not my favorite exercise for sure. LOL Save you money because walking several miles a day will do more for weight control. If it's muscles you want ya gotta do weight or resistance workouts.

The reason few people get really fit is because there are no shortcuts. Improvement only comes with sweat equity. Push ups, pull ups, jump training, weights, cardio.

They only work if you get the glow in the dark wrist magnets, also AS Seen on TV!

Every single day, there is a new "miracle" product put on the market and 99% of these products fall into one of two categories:
1. Muscle building
2. Weight loss
I can tell you first hand that there are three legitimate substances that aid in muscle growth:
2. Growth hormones
3. Illegal steroids
(just to be clear, I've only used creatine)
Try an experiment. Go to your local library and find back issues of Muscle and Fitness, Iron Man, Mens' Health, etc.... Find issues from a year ago and look at the ads. There will be all kinds of "amazing breakthroughs" and "scientific developments." Next, find the current issue of the same magazine and there won't be a single ad for those products because they don't exist anymore. That's because they simply didn't work and the public caught on.
Hope sells. That's why people buy such products. They're practically always bogus, but they also sell.
