Naw, I would swear he fell down the stairs, crazy criminal just does not know how to walk.
When you have to shoot, shoot. Don't talk.
"Don't forget, incoming fire has the right of way."
Not good...
While I certainly understand 'street justice', it is not very smart when the charges on the victim(s) are worse that the original charges on the dirtbag(s).![]()
"That I cannot do."
"Give this to, uh, Clemenza. I want reliable people, people who aren't going to be carried away. After all we're not murderers in spite of what this undertaker thinks."

Never wound what you cant kill.Retsup is right on this one, anything more than capturing him is unlawful.Should have took him straight to the police.
Stupid. Creating situations that are unexplainable shows a lack of grey matter.
"I do what I do." Cpl 'coach' Bowden, "Southern Comfort".
I can't say that what they did was right. Holding him hostage and beating him. They should have just caught him, called police and turned him over along with complaints for charges to be filed for theft. The time to beat him silly was when he stole the stuff in the first place during the act.

My mind always goes to "it could have been worse."
Assuming the stolen jewelry was worth more than 4.374 grams of gold, the thief was still better off than being prosecuted under Shariah...
