You need video capture software to do this. There are several free programs around. I suggest you Google "Video Capture Software" and see what you can find.

I used GetTube for MAC.The problem with YouTube is they often change something which prevents this operation.Like any other technology,somebody is always finding a way around it.Good luck.
Well, if you're not too concerned with the picture and sound quality and just want it saved for the reference, instructional, information/content - you can always just play it and Video record it right off of your computer monitor into your phone...or a video camera and then save that to your computer as a movie file.
That is the Low Tech way to do it.
