    Toy Guns to Light Sabers

You know I thought of something. When most of us here were all kids, we played Cowboys & Indians. Had our toy 6 shooters, bow and arrows etc.

Now, how many kids play Cowboys and Indians? Not many I suspect.

Our son is into Star Wars and Light Sabers.

In fact toy guns are looked down upon by the anti's just as much as are real guns.

But nobody cares about swords and light sabers.

Just been something that came to mind.

My son made a similar observation to me last night.

Some of his friends aren't allowed to watch G-rated cartoon movies if they have guns in them. He said that he decided not to mention that Santa brought him an M4 airsoft rifle.

If they brainwash them in public school and on TV and in the media eventually generations will pass and it wil be more of an anti-gun mentality than a pro gun mentality, hence why everyone needs to introduce people to firearms, be polite and not scare people off, and teach our children well because they sure are trying to indoctrinate them.

Well, that's bound to change. See, I read the other day that the army has some sort of new laser light weapon that temporarily blinds opponents but is harmless. Said device looks like it will have lots of civilian LE uses and could replace stuff like pepper and taser.

Hence, it is only a matter of time before light sabers are forbidden.

Well I understand fully what your saying and I too played with toy guns as a child. I'd right now today trade every gun I own for one fully operational light saber and start over on the guns.

I'm gonna be takeing a Liberal lady with a Masters degree to the gun range and teach her to shoot before she takes the CHL class,She realised one day how bad the crime is getting and how defenseless she really is

My mom didn't allow toy guns, simply because she didn't like the idea of us pretending to shoot people we really wouldn't shoot with a real gun. She has guns, and a carry permit, but very strict about the rules
We didn't play cowboys and indians, we played cops and robbers instead. Sans guns. LOL it can be done with a good imagination
PS I always liked playing the robber
