Surf and turf, scalloped potatoes, champagne, and the gal in something slinky.

Two thick and juicy rib-eyes on the grill, with instant mashed potatoes on the side. Two or three pre-recorded issues of 'Bones' to watch, and things I won't mention here out of respect. Popcorn is a possibility.

I'll never forget, back in the late 70's working a shift with the local PD on New Years Eve. I was riding shotgun with this guy patrolling a neighborhood, and within a very short period of time, I became acutely ill with some sort of stomach bug, all of this right before midnight. I tried and tried to suppress it thinking the feelilng would pass, but with stomach churning and upper pressure's it became too much.

While we were at a stop sign, two females happened to be walking nearby, suddenly I threw open the door with the impending feeling I was about to vomit, fortunately I only produced a record breaking large and loud belch. I told my partner to take me back to the station, I was seriously sick, he told me "I thought you were just trying to scare those girls"

I'd laughed at the time, had I not felt so bad, I made it home somehow and got even worse, went to the ER shortly afterwards.

I wasn't trying to scare the girls, but I'll guarantee you they were either scared, bewildered or both.
Turn the election's in 2014 to a "2A Revolution". It will serve as a 1994 refresher not to "infringe" on our Second Amendment. We know who they are now.........SEND 'EM HOME. Our success in this will be proportional to how hard we work to make it happen.

My plans are to earn some holiday pay working the mid shift. Did I say working? I meant watching movies and slacking off on the mid shift. I don't expect any planes tonight.

Home with the wife and kids playing games, staying away from the roads, and letting Fritz, my loyal and vigilant German Shepherd bark at anyone that comes close to the house.

However, if you watch the overly biased news here in the DFW area, I'm apparently supposed to go outside and fire all my guns in the air because that's what us armed zealots are expected to do...

    Happy New Years everyone!

Hope she feels better soon. Went through the Kidney Stones earlier this year - no fun. SWMBO, daughter and I will stay in and watch a movie - at least I'm not on call this year.
