I know not what this "overkill" means.

Honing the knives, Cleaning the longguns, Stocking up ammo.

The url is to a video of Mas Ayoob demonstrating a revolver speedload.

I always thought this was pretty funny after seeing those Gears guns

Massad Ayoob doing a detailed instructional Video of the revolver "Stressfire" reload for the benefit of folks that carry a revolver for self-defense.

Is there something funny about that?

I'm just not seeing the humor here.

Well, I at least got to watch several of Massad Ayoob's videos, so this thread was useful to me.

The Stressfire reload is a good method, although not the one I prefer.

I still want to see the chainsaw bayonette!

On a related note, the new show on Disc, Sons of Guns, watched them silence a Saiga and turn another one into a "Master Key" rail mounted door breeching gun... pretty fun stuff!!! Quite possibly the best job ever!

I can only think this would be a good accessory for zombies. But in real life, I can't see a single practical application for it.

Pumpkin carving, as demonstrated in the video...

I see very little modern use for real bayonets in modern time. Give me a good knife on my hip, not my rifle. Ever try to do a bayonet thrust with a 1pt or 3pt sling? It's an epic FAIL!

Oh come on, you might need to "clear" a wooded area although you wouldn't be very stealthy...

Heavy, awkward, limited battery life, they would do better with the CO2 knife....
