Crabby, the only shiny bit on my .45 is the ejector (top, right side of the barrel), the .357 is blued, but not all that shiny. Luckily.
"Rock and load, lock and roll... what's it matter? FIRE!!"

Please take everything I say with at least one grain of salt- I am a very sarcastic person with a very dry sense of humor.

Cool beans. The shiniest part on mine is the reflector of the mounted light. I figure if they're looking at that, it doesn't matter how shiny it is anymore.
Courage is endurance for one moment more…

Hollowpoints might expand, but bullets won't shrink.

I want a light. But the only ones small enough to fit under my barrel are over $200. (And, if I have that much to spend, it usually goes towards ammo or a new toy)

I'm not one of thems... I like black knives because they match my black (blued) guns. And my wife can't stand the velcro sound! RRRRRIIIiiiiippp!!!! LOL

BTW ---My flashlight is black, also, to match the above... And too "reduce" the glare! Hehe.
