17 Year Old Robs Dying Pirates Usher

A 17 year old predator robbed a Pittsburgh Pirates usher who was having a heart attack and stole his car.

Police aren't identifying the suspect because of his age. They said Tuesday he approached the car and pulled out 58-year-old driver Michael Schacht, who had been slumped over and in distress. They say he stole the man's wallet and drove off in his car, leaving him on the ground.

    .................................................. .................................................. .....

The suspect doesn't qualify to be charged as an adult. He's being taken to a juvenile detention facility.

Maybe this was just a repeat of his daily routine of going out, dragging a drunk or stoned father (or mother) from behind the wheel of the family car, rifling his wallet for beer money and taking the car.....

Things like this are usually a learned behavior.

Maybe the parents need to stand the charges too.

They ought to charge him with murder or at least criminally negligent homicide! This kid needs to be put down for the good of the rest of us.

Throw a rope around him and drag him with the car he stole, until there isn't enough left for the rope to hold onto

And do we think this is the first time this POS has committed a criminal act ? Felonies committed by a 17 YO and he can't be charged as an adult ? Why not ? What a load of BS by the authorities.

I bet the young man's parents will say he was just about to turn his life around.Just one more crime and he would be on the mend.

You get a 17 year old kid who never had a father and a mother with multiple boyfriends and we expect this kid to make wise and moral decisions. You take that kid and multiply it by say five million boys, add some gangs, a large portion of music that debases women and, voilá! You have a national scourge with no help or end in sight.
