    My phone

What is it with some members posts ending with "from my phone" or "from Taptalk"? This signifies what? Am I supposed to be impressed or should I allow for more mistakes with grammer and or punctuation? Just asking...

Bubba, Those messages are placed in the reply automatically when posted from a phone. TapTalk is a phone application that accesses several forums. No one trying to impress anyone, just part of the system.

A lot of programs automatically sign your posts with that whether you want it to or not.

I think the automatic signature is to advertise the ability to use the phone software for forum browsing/posting.

Eh, some people see signing emails and such with "Sent from my iPhone" etc. to be a bit pretentious. I tend to agree, despite having an iPhone myself. I turn the feature off whenever I can.

It doesn't make a difference. I was curious. Is that a problem?

I use it more than a computer anymore, saves an internet bill at home. I leave the signature there saying I am posting from my phone so others may allow for typos,
I do the same with email sent from my phone.

The first few messages I sent from my phone had the signature "sent from my Nokia E-71". After going through the online instruction manual, I finally figured out out to delete the signature. Now, you just have to guess how I posted it.

It is usually an auto-spam feature enabled by default in that particular application, unfortuantely. The iPhone also does it for e-mails... not sure if it still does it. Strange, eh? You buy their software yet they still force you to spam for them for free. It's like when you buy a car with your money, yet the dealer sticks their decals and license plate frames all over. You want me to advertise for you, then pay me!
