Human Thumper is the image that comes to my mind. I didn't watch the entire video I wonder how they tied that into an A.E.D which is becoming more and more common, at least here. The best part would be not having to re-certify every year (for us, instead of every other are every third)

Take a course with your local American Red Cross. It's easy to get certified, & they'll even do workplace trainings.

I found that when using the ARC method, even 30 strokes between rescue breaths was hard enough to keep up! I'll stick with the simple count system, rather than trying to remember the Bee Gees...

Have the ARC switched to the newer method?

I think this new method is great. Simpler, and no mouth to mouth contact necessary. On the other hand, making corny teenage heartthrob movies with the "pool/beach rescue" scene will be much more difficult.
