Bachelor and don't cook - although I'm starting to get acquainted with the stove top. I've used the oven twice in six years. (Got a hankerin' for cornbread!)
Healthy Choice meals, frozen burritos, and canned veggies. Admittedly, not too healthy - working on changing that!!
Hate to spend the time cooking for one.

I love cooking, make at least 2 items every week in large quantities and freeze it in vac sealed freezer bags until freezer is well stocked w multiple meals to choose from. I also do 95% of the daily cooking and really despise anything instant.
Of course the wife and I have a deal-I cook, she cleans up. Sometimes she regrets that as I make almost everything from scratch.
Following is a quick, simple recipe for Strawberry Salsa, this is really good with grilled catfish which is also fast and ez to make.
2 cups ripe strawberries, hulled and chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a small bowl, combine the ingredients. Serve chilled or at room temp. Makes 2 cups
