I realize we're talkin' movies here but I've just got to mention a episode from my favorite TV show, Breaking Bad, where Walter White is illegally buying a trace-less hand gun. Whoever wrote the script for that particular scene really did their homework. For those of you who are BB fans, you know which scene I'm referring to.

HOW?? HOW has nobody mentioned The Untouchables??!!
Fifth Element? ("Where'd he learn to negotiate??")
Full Metal Jacket? - For Gunny if nothing else.
Firefly? (Not a movie, but, c'mon; "Vera"? And all sorts of other western style shooting)
    Serenity?
I know there are other 'Greats' but...

I'm surprised no one has mentioned my hands down favorite gun movie, Collateral. I'm not a huge Tom Cruise fan but he did an awesome job with the gun handling in the film.

I am also a big fan of the first Boondock Saint (the 2nd was terrible IMO)
And I really liked the Bourne Series. Again, not a big fan of Matt Damon but the movies were good.

"Open Range" with Kevin Costner and Robert Duvall had what I think is one of the best gunfights to ever come out of Hollywood.

Kinda biased here, as I own/shoot several of the models seen in Heat......
Dillinger is good too. Lotsa B A R and Thompson action in it as well as the older winchester 98 thumb busters.
