Yeah I read this thing and it is a complete freaking joke. It has so many holes in it that are clearly and blatantly slapped face open for confiscation of rights under the "Law".
Welcome Libya to a new dictatorship by Sharia Law..... A government not of the people, not for the people, but of the Transitional what ever they want to call them selves. I fear for you Libyans.
