I'm in NOVA and we just got hit by a 6.0 Earthquake.

got a shakin down here in SC too..enough for the bookkeeper's lamp to jiggle around. We told her she was feeling DT's from a long night out and low and behold there actually was a trimmer.

A lot of my friends are saying they felt their whole houses shake here in Northern West Virginia. Neither my wife nor I noticed a thing.

I was on the top floor in my office building, at first I thought somebody was driving on the roof then I started feeling my legs shake, and went wait a minute thats not sombody on the roof.

There's only so much you can do to prep for an earthquake. No matter how good the construction, with enough shaking it's coming down.

I felt it in West Virginia. I thought I was imagining it until I got text alerts from school saying there's nothing to worry about.

I'm in an Office building in downtown Philly....we felt it all right....never felt anything like it..felt like the building swayed 4 feet

lol...same here. I'm at work in an office building in NoVA. Building evac'd for a few minutes. No one knew how old the building was so we played it safe. Although, the irony of the situation was that at least half my officemates were all lamenting how they had forgotten their car keys, wallets, purses, cell phones, etc...
Suddenly all those days of busting my chops for always keeping my stuff on me at all times hit them... BWAAHAAHAAHAHAHAAAA!

I was too busy freaking out over property tax assessments to notice. I felt nothing.
