Absolutely! That gun is absolutely vital to each and every range trip I make. I always take my Swingline no matter which Glock, Taurus, Baretta, etc... I may take.

Yes it counts, but remember the range rules.

Tim Allen's Rules of Staple Gun Safety

RULE I: ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED
RULE II: NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING to PERMANENTLY STAPLE TO ANYTHING
RULE III: KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET
RULE IV: BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET

Mine is an older model, which does not have the "anti-jam" feature, as seen at the top on yours, BUT it is an electric model!!!

Is it rated for +P loads, or just standard loads?

I have that same staple gun, it works good. Make sure to tac reload, nothings worse than being out 100+ yards and realize you didn't reload when you need it!

Depends on what grain staple you're running in it.

Looks like a full auto Assault Stapler to me.

Didn't the BATF need to make you fill out paperwork to own that thing? Oh, and do they make it in jet black as well as chrome?

It just needs to be painted black, fore grip added, cut down, and silenced. Then it will be tacti-cool.
