I've been a dedicated horseman all my life. I have shoveled a lotta roadapples. Do you know what a roadapple is ?
I've been involved in making metal products most of my life. Started making pickup truck accessories back when people could still afford to put gas in one (even converted regular pickups into duallies for a while). Now I fabricate metal tubing --- this plant makes about 24,000 tubular parts a day. Thus: Metalman.
My name is Mike, and I was born in 1956.
I am from NY. When I joined the forum, my main off-duty carry weapon was a Glock 27. I still carry it. But the rotation grew to include a few other Glocks. I just kept NY27.

It is better to have your gun and not need it, than to need it and not have it!
Still can't believe what happened on 11/06/12! Disgusted and disappointed!
Phanatik is a Christian rapper that I listened to like 10 years ago, I've long since moved to country, but I use the name on too much stuff to change it.

I got a Lotus Elise in late 2004. So, it's easy to remember. Plus, it's a cool word. 2/22 is my bday.
Mine is straight forward. I play tenors for the USMC Commandant's Own. And I believe I'm rather good at it, therefore the wizard title is necessary.
Back before MS XP came out I was on the beta testing team and needed a username that was close to XP so I just misspelt experts and added ies which ended up sticking for years.

Mine comes from my Dad's CB handle and I'm a comic book fanboy and The Joker just happens to be a very intersting character, joker was taken so... Not my favorite comic book character but we have similar senses of humor.

Politicians and diapers have one thing in common. They should both be changed regularly, and for the same reason.
I have no idea, just came to me one day when I needed a screen name.
Actually I think I got it from my phone and birth year (HTC Thunderbolt - 1971).
Disclaimer:
My opinion shouldn't be taken seriously due to the fact that I've been shooting guns for over 30 years and have only recently been active on gun forums, where all the real world knowledge apparently is.
