Wisconsin requires a 5.5" barrel length. sighhhhh. will have to buy another gun (revolver) just for hunting here. Nice thing is that any caliber is OK as long as it's center-fire. Easier with a revolver as the 5.5" is measured from firing pin to end of the barrel. Nice deer let us know how the 9mm works for you
I carry to protect myself and my loved ones from the BG's. Not to solve societies problems. That said: if more carried the deterrent would only have a positive overall effect on those problems.

Interesting to see real word result; thanks for sharing.
Delaware requires 5.75" min barrel to 12.5" max barrel; pistol caliber only, no semiauto handguns. Not to mention the season is not until January.

Furry Matted Jacket....what got me turned around was thinking that deer had coats
enjoy a good shoot
as i've noticed about others--that they do not always do as i think they will nor often as they say they will.
this not only makes life interesting, it makes it dangerous too.

If I went hunting for deer with a pistol, It'd have to be the Dan Wesson .357
Bowhunting has sucked around here so far.
Rifle/gun opens Nov. 15th.
Will be in the North woods from the 13th to the 20th.
Brother said his contact up in Gaylord said they just started seriously rutting on Thursday or Friday 3rd & 4th.
Thanks for the info. Like Gotabkiddin said, It'll be interesting to see what the 9mm does.
