I like to go to a local brewer here in town. You go out to his barn, have a pint drawn, sit out by the fire pit and enjoy. The place is called Skookum. The tasting room is right among the fermenter and mashtun. I like "Amber's Hot Friend" "Brown and Hairy" and his barrel aged stouts.
Another local brewer I like is Scuttlebutt. I like "Tripel 7 Belgian" and "Tell Tale Red"
I tend to like the darker, less hoppy, beers. I've yet to find a lager that I like and don't like scottish ales.
Right now I am enjoying a bottle of Black Butte Porter

Ally that sounds like a little slice of heaven that you are describing

I really enjoy the lines from the following brewers:
Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company The Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Co. Welcomes You!
    as well as:
Victory Brewing Company Victory Brewing Company
Both offer great seasonals and craftsmanship.

I am a big fan of all things Begian.

On the German side, if you have not tried Augustiner Bräu, you should do so.
    Oldest brewery in Munich.
Their Light Export is great. Smooth and refreshing. Case after case, high quality.
Their double bock (The Maximator) is one of the finest darker beers out there, in my opinion.

Laurentina Clara from Mozambique is my favorite.

Some of my favorite beers include:

    1) Rogue Dead Guy Ale
    2)Sweetwater IPA(strong hints of grapefruit)
    3) Sweetwater Motorboat ESB
    4) Arrogant ******* Ale
    5)Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA
I tried the Sweetwater IPA yesterday. First impression is very good. Until I have a few more tho 60m IPA is still at the top of my list.

The motorboat and sch'weet are great brews too. I prefer those varieties during warmer weather, when the pool is nice and the grill is smoking :)

From Wasatch Brewing here in Utah I like Polygamy Porter, though Provo Girl isn't bad either and from Uinta I like Cutthroat Pale Ale.

Washington, Oregon, Vermont, and Colorado are the microbrew kings. I guess Anhueser-Busch haven't bought all the distributors there yet.
