    Bad Dream

I had a bad dream last night that I had to leave my current police dept and go back to working for the NYPD. The funny thing is that I wasn't concerned about taking a pay cut or working the dangerous streets of the S Bx again. What bothered me most in the dream was that I would have to put that horrible NY2 trigger back in my Glock 19. Lol!

My bad dream is always the same. Some sort of "infectious disease" spreading world wide. You can tell who is sick by the dark under their eyes. Mass hysteria/panic. Fires, looting, people killing each other. In the end, if you're sick, you can't move...joints/muscles get rigid. Can't move, can't breathe. Then you die.

I always am in a car trying to get to my family and see my face in the rearview mirror...dark under my eyes.

I never had the same bad dream twice. I have had numerous dreams of going back to work for the NYPD, but they are always different. This is the first one involving the thought of the trigger spring. I guess, subconsciously, I miss working there. Actually, I consciously miss working there sometimes.
