    I will have to go with the “yeah right” also, just the weight should make someone suspicious the crates are not empty.

    If I recall correctly, a few years back the Defense Reutilization Marketing Office sold off a few "surplus" Dragon anti-tank missiles which happened to be live.

    Around 1992 A surveillance system was being mothballed by the army and some of the things not classified went up for auction. One was a safe they auctioned off to a lady (NEVER OPENED). She had somebody open it and it contained a bunch of stuff SECRET and TOP SECRET. Ya think somebody would have checked!
