    When are the people of Detroit going to let the police and city council bring back the goon squad?

    They keep protecting, and keeping a closed mouth when something happens, instead of helping police clean up the streets and rid the town of the knuckledraggers.
    In this case they got the guy, but , shooting into a house over a "supposed" cell phone spat?
