    New Gun safe

Found this picture of a new gun safe over on the Oklahoma Shooters forum. It doesn't say who the maker is or give any details such as fire ratings.

Yeah I have seen this safe before. It's called the Fort Box Pretender. [/sarcasm]

Reminds me of a Wood Stove I once saw. I believe it was made out of pine.

Okay, after some further research I have found this much out. Reportedly some large appliance dealers will throw in one of these gun safes to sweeten the deal when you purchase a refrigerator or other large appliance from them.

I have one too but currently use it to keep my christmas tree in. May have to try it as my gun safe now that I know what a quality option it is!

You can even use your wife's shoe boxes to customize it to your personal needs.

What a great cover, "christmas tree" doesn't scream "gun safe" to me.
