That's great! I love it.

Awesome!
...laughing matter aside...at my deployed location in Iraq, besides the threat of attacks by insurgents, we had a monster rat (and sand fly) problem....we could have used a few more of those Godzilla-sized traps!

What's scary is that it would work. I remember that first beer in Bahrain after leaving the AO...damn it was good, it could have been Schlitz in a can and I wouldn't have cared one but.
With what, is the trap baited?![]()

Looks like a bottle of St. Pauli Girl or Heineken.
If the dude moves fast enough.......or comes at the bottle from BEHIND, and crouches down....

If I have to explain it, you wouldn't understand

Correction to my previous post, "I wouldn't have cared on bit." Not BUT, I hope RS was laughing at the desparity for beer not at my fat fingered typo... But juding by the EOD symbol he KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT BTDT.
It was the beer!!
Of course EOD has (at least when I was in) famous for drinking anything! Back then each unit had their own bar, and most of the time the EOD bar was better than the local Officers/NCO Club. Heck the unit I was assigned to in Korea even invented a drink called the "Fire in the Hole"!![]()

EOD - Initial success or total failure
Well of course the bar was always closed during duty hours, but the center of unit activities.
I'd just gotten the impression that a lot of the Unit bars had been closed down, especially now that the Army units are Companies instead of Detachments, more Army = more rules!![]()
