    Home Invasion, no victim?

Here's an odd one.. It revolves around drugs, so not really odd, but...

We have a "home invasion" beat down of a victim and subsequent robbery (of pot? and guns?)... we have three men escaping from the scene, being chased by LEO. Those being chased are throwing guns out the window of their getaway car. LEO caught the bad guys... but where is the "victim?" Nobody has seen him...

    Rats!
    It could be worse!
    I suppose
