    Very cool.
A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands - love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper - his hands remember the rifle.

    Very interesting.
It is surely true that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. Nor can you make them grateful for your efforts.

I fricken LOVE that Universities are now placing some of their science courses on video.google
I can watch professors talk about cosmology or quantum physics instead of lammo TV. I can get taught, casually, stuff that would've blown Einstein's mind.

Science is a public good. The more you know, the more the net social benefit we get from this investment.
McDonalds wants us to watch Survivor so that their executives can get more money. Morality wants us to be as informed as possible so that we can be as wise as possible.

Consider matching your Thanksgiving dinner spending to DwB donations. It's a rare for investment and charity to converge.

As well, there are millions in potential patents possible for those with a tool shed, ideas, or creative loved ones to tell.. (and gumption) It's an untapped technology.

    Mindboggling, to say te least.

    I'll leave you with this,,,,,,,

Man is equally incapable of seeing the nothingness from which he emerges and the infinity in which he is engulfed.
I would rather die with good men than hide with cowards

Just zoom in to the small end of the scale!

This was very cool, I spent about 20 minutes playing with it, and reading some of the facts when I clicked on the different images.

That was cool, but I started bleeding out of my nose for some reason...could have been the nanoprobes depolarizing in my body.
