    Indiana Canoe Trip

    Dear Friends,
I'm going canoeing the month of June. I'm starting somewhere north of New Castle, Indiana, doing the Big Blue River south to the Driftwood River to The East Fork of the White River, to the West Fork, to The Wabash, to New Harmony, Indiana or thereabouts, total about 400 miles.

Is there anyone in/or around New Harmony (or along the Wabash or Ohio River nearby)? I'm looking for a place to ditch a vehicle for the take out.

    Thanks in advance.......Professor Stu

I know where you can get a couple drivers to take your car down to Amtry if you're interested.

    Coincidentally, I do play banjo. I'll bet Ned wishes he'd packed a Sub2000 and a G23.

We did an 85 mile canoe trip with the Boy Scouts every year. Boy, I miss those trips. Pack all your own food and water, plus everything else you need, like a shovel.
