Ku'u Lei 'awapuhi, from Tia Carrere's Hawaiiana album. Listening to a number of great Hawaiian slack-key artists on Pandora. Had no idea Tia Carrere's voice was so sweet. MMmmmm.

It's kind of like how some people have a sudden and insatiable desire to talk about vampires after the Twilight series became popular, except zombies are much less gay and more likely to exist one day

I was wondering whether anyone else had heard of her. Have been listening to her since ~2006 or so. She's got such a powerful voice. Strange ivory shock of hair, there, but hey. Sitting on Top of the World, with Jeff Beck; Cry Me a River, with Jeff Beck; Johnny Got a Boom-Boom.

My musical group, " The Huntington Harmonica Club" doing a cover of Delbert McClinton's "Roll the Dice."

Not just harmonicas only, it's a whole group with, guitars, drums, keyboards, and singers complete with me, the LCP packin' drummer! Hope you enjoy!
