I'll have to go back and watch the scene but I got the impression the guy was maybe looking for a Springfield and she said how about an S&W M&P instead of a Springfield.
The comment that made me laugh is when she said what M&P stood for, while she was correct it kind of gave the impression that is all that the Military and Police use, as opposed to the Glock that they had also looked at.

Lol!!! I saw this one as well! 8k for a mossberg MVP with a action and trigger job and a s&w governor with some scroll work! I was like WHAT!!?? All for alligators that are killed every day by 22's and 17's. Hahahaha. I'm on the same boat though whec, if it has guns it has my attentionWas that the 'alligator hunter'?
I think it was 8K for the scout rifle alone? The show is so poorly scripted, it is beyond comprehension.
...Sadly, I'll watch anything that has guns.

I bought a 1700 dollar m&p, It's still at bowie tactical. When finished it will also have a paint job (tan ceracote) and a trigger job.
It will also have full stippling, reliability package, milled slot for a delta point, a delta point (about 500 of it right there), slide milled for irons forward of the rds, high iron sights that cowitness with the rds, slide radiusing and magwell cutout.

Seriously my jaw about dropped when I saw that episode... I literally ranted to my wife.

What really blew my mind about the gator rifle was the customer was a complete lefty, why would you not get a left handed rifle, especially if it's a bolt gun? I guess he was getting the governor for use while he was working the bolt.
