All of those shows feel like they have to add drama. The more the better it seems.

Ever watch Hardcore Pawn? Daughter Ashley has the most nauseating voice on television (she could be doing voice-overs for South Park) and she constantly argues with Brother Monkey Ears.
And all of the home remodeling shows HAVE TO get done in 2 Days! OMG! The homeowner is coming home in 20 minutes...and we don't have the bathroom sink in yet!!!!

I really like the episode where a guy comes in with an heirloom 870 shotgun, trades In a second scoped rifle, converts the shotgun for home defense, and only had to pay like $1800 out of pocket...? Couldn't he have kept the scoped rifle AND the heirloom 870 intact and then purchased a completely new 870 tactical shotgun for less Han $1800? And walk away with here guns instead of one? Didn't compute to me....

I watch the show with my 12 year-old son. He likes how they machine and build the guns.

I think the show is OK since there's guns and hot chicks with guns, but Paige's neck is rather long...

Yah, I'm not sure my 12-yr old son has even noticed that there are guns on the show...

They do some unusual & interesting custom jobs on American Guns.
Like machining a Winchester 94 receiver out of a block of Titanium.
The prices are pretty doggone steep though.

I like how they can make a reproduction of classics. They're some serious bank. They do great work by the looks of it. Too much $$$$ for me.

I watch it simply for some of the firearms collections and people that they get to deal with. That Texas Ranger collection and getting to shoot with Joaquin Jackson? Amazing!

The prices and some of the things that come out of their mouths...

I watch this show's with one of my friends who isn't as big a gun person as I yet she still wigs out almost as much as I do with the prices and such.

The time constraints are just stupid. I feel bad for gunsmiths around the country because both this show and Sons of Guns shows them doing everything in unrealistic time periods.

The women: No, they both look waaay too fake. On the episode where they got into a whole hubbub about tattoos and Paige made the comment "When I turn 18" I was absolutely disgusted. Whoring out your kid is just awesome

I did see a video from Military Arms Channel on Youtube where they were pranking Paige at SHOT and she seems much more conservative and she was dressed nicely. It was kind of refreshing.
