I was wondering why before when I was looking for websites selling Knight's Armament SR-15s, I wasn't getting any results.
I had an Adsense account and used to buy ads for my half a dozen websites, but just deleted my account. I also switched over my default search provider to bing.

I use google all of the time with no problems. Is this new?

Regular Google searches won't be affected, but apparently if you use the Google Shopping feature, it will no longer return weapons searches. That's my understanding anyway.

Gene83 is correct, they aren't censoring websites, but it still affects search results. Previously, if you did a google search for something like "Knight's Armament SR-15" in Google, it would display a few of the top ranked pages, like Knight's Armament website, etc. Within the top couple results would also be shopping results, which would show you prices for the SR-15 from various online stores. It was a feature I found exceptionally handy when trying to get a good online price

I just Googled "AK-47s for sale" and came up with a whole slew of websites and prices.

And you will. Now go back and use Google "Shopping". It's probably in a dropdown menu labled "More". This is what happens when you Google using Google Shopping.

I would frequently click on google shopping for a quick price comparison. I think I saw on here years ago the google was anti gun but that Yahoo is pro gun.

I didn't believe it until I verified and checked it out. Sure enough! I can't believe they want to impose their liberal agenda to the point of losing a fraction of their users?
I'm glad they're not the only saloon in town and I have a choice. I changed to Bing and happy with it so far, save all the advertisement.
