Men try to carjack undercover cop car
The San Diego police detective, whose name was not released, was patrolling on Polk Avenue when he stopped at a stop sign at 48th Street around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. The two men came up to the driver's window and one reached into his waistband and said, "This is a carjacking," according to San Diego police.

Too bad there was no camera to catch their expressions, that would have been priceless.

I have a very strict gun control policy: if there's a gun around, I want to be in control of it.

Lucky for them that they didn't get a lead supplement that night. And for us, it is too bad that they didn't get a lead supplement that night because they'll probably just do it again and might be more violent up front.

I'd say they're lucky the cop didn't smoke 'em right where they stood.

I'm with Hiram25. What the?? The guy could have walked 5 miles in the time it took him to screw around in the parking lot for that time. But I guess he still thinks he deserves someone else's car.
