Wil all the bad news lately...

With all the bad news out there lately, I wanted to post this link from my town:

There are still good people out there. Don't lose hope.
Kudos to these gentlemen whoever they are. They are truly an inspiration!!!

Maybe try to pass it on. Be kind to someone.

Heart warming story, what really makes it special is the 2 strangers disappeared from the scene. They were about helping someone who needed a hand, not about getting their names and faces in front of the camera.

Good to see you back Catt. Are you home again, or still on the road?

It is nice to see my 'burb known for something good.
Don't know who they are, there are only still pics of the men taken by his mom.
Would love to shake their hands or maybe buy them a drink though!
Made sure I explained to my son that this is what REAL MEN do (he was kinda POed at the guy who ran out of the theater without his wife/GF and kids).

Howdy Archer!!! Home for the moment!!!
Totals for the Monument Valley trip was 13 days 3,167 miles, 7 national parks, two broken camera lenses, and one torn tent!
Oh, and don't forget the 2 beggars! And I need new shocks on the truck too!
My son had 10 days of Boy Scout Camp, and we're resting a bit now!
Thinkin' about a trip either to Palo Duro Canyon or Mt. Rushmore before school starts! Can't decide which.
Either way it has to be cheap and fairly close. Cooler weather would help too! Scary when you have to go to Texas to cool off in July/August!!! Gonna be 106 here tomorrow!
