Well, Aswang is a ghoul in Filipino fokelore. Makes since that it would look like a bat. Perhaps the photo is someone flying a kite.

I am glad that it does not live in my neighborhood.

A Nikon with night vision is that good? If it were nighttime, how would the photographer know that the flying whatever was there at all?
What's the square shade from on the roof of the building to the left?

Someone did build and fly a successful pterodactyl type model - ornithopter deal - RC controlled.
It flew well and was most imposing in the air.
If that's a night vision shot, then I am your next president

I don't believe I'd want to look up and see something like that! Then again, I wonder if it'd taste like chicken?

The Aswang
An Aswang (or Asuwang) is a ghoul in Filipino folklore. The myth of the aswang is popular in the Western Visayan regions such as Capiz, Iloilo and Antique. The trademark or major feature of Aswangs which distinguish them from other Filipino mythological creatures is their propensity to replace stolen cadavers with the trunk of a banana tree carved in the cadaver's likeness. They are also said to like to eat small children. Their favorite body parts are the liver and heart. Other local names, especially in Capiz are tik-tik and wak-wak.

Very Very interesting, but IIRC there is no true color with night vision and it sure could be a kite!

Can't tell for sure, with a JPG, but it looks "photoshopped" when you zoom in close. Nice job, but still the edges around the object...
Could only tell for maybe sure with the original image......
