My perverse way of thinking suggests the rocket scientist thief will probably sue the trigger lock manufacturer. I hope he's too stupid to try that.

I know of no trigger lock that prevents a cylinder from opening, too bad he wasn't looking down the barrel when it went bang

This is pretty funny, but shouldn't a gun be unloaded before you put a trigger lock on it? I certainly wouldn't be comfortable putting a lock inside the trigger guard of a loaded gun.

He may have been the one to load it after the lock was put on. You don't need access to the trigger to load a gun, revolver or auto.

True enough... but if he did that he really deserves what he got... too bad he wasn't looking down the barrel when it went off.

That would make him doubly stupid. Lets load the stolen gun and THEN try to pry the trigger lock off!
