    If it continues you should contact you Congressmen about legislating some type of milk control. This is unacceptable and needs new laws to control it.

    Cold air warming up fast. Happens both ways. See it all the time especially with sealed plastic gas cans going from direct sun into shade or cooler area. However, if that jug of milk has been sitting out all night and is at room temp, I'd call an exorcist.
