I would rather stand against the cannons of the wicked than against the prayers of the righteous.

So, all the "don't have'm no mores" would feel comfortable with a thorough search of your home, car, and place of work? ATF recently made raids in CA based on sales records(from out of state dealers on purchases before the CA ban)- regardless of legal/illegal, the weapons are confiscated until you go to court.

Another thought- think of what a wonderful tracking mechanism these forums are. Links to friends, relatives, pics of what is owned.

Go outside, and look around the neighborhood. How many of your neighbors would drop a dime on you, if their home could be confiscated just for living nextdoor? How many would do it for $250? $500?

If you call EMS for your mom/dad/child, and a Public Safety Act has been passed that automatically authorizes a search with the accessing of emergency services.......... How hard would such an act be fought, if a few days before, 3 or 4 dozen malls across the country were attacked by, say, a dozen shooters each, with many legally purchased weapons?

The unfortunate truth is that the vast majority will prefer "safety" to liberty.

95, not to single you out, but to bring it home, what if your daughter could lose her job and home, if a weapon was found in your possession? This happened in Germany and Russia most dramatically, throughout most of Europe in a more gradual fashion, and continues to this day.

This is what we are facing.

This is a "Gun" forum? My mistake, I thought it was a "Gum" forum. I don't have any guns. Juicy Fruit anyone?

just do the numbers....how many people in the national guard? how many people own at least ONE gun in the world? do you REALLY think that they would TAKE all the guns away? They would end up with another revolution on their hands before they knew it. I dont think they would be willing to take a chance like that with the thought of loosing so many people....not to mention that most people that own guns shoot better than the police and national guard.....lmao
