The one thing in the article that was concerning was that he appears to have actually impersonated an officer, but is it illegal to impersonate a CG officer? I dunno...

reminds me of the TV show called "THE PRETENDER". A child was kidnapped from his parents and raised in "THE CENTER" running various simulations to find out how different things could have happened or stopped from happening. found out the company was using his simulations to create the tragedies so he runs away and pretending to be anything in order to help people on his way!
