the real question is .... does it come with a remote?
That Sig Sauer 716 is one nice rifle ( .308 ) good thing it did not come to me. I would have kept it and went to best buy and got a tv after I called my credit card and said my tv that I ordered on line never showed up.

Will the company that shipped it get it back? Probably not.
Its D.C., they don't want legally owned guns, only criminals are allowed guns.

If I gave a crap about what you think about my guns.....it was early this morning and I already flushed it!
Apparently, the shipping label for his tv ended up on the rifle box somehow during transit. The shop that sent it claims they shipped it in accordance with the law. I don't see them losing their FFL over this, if that is the case.
This story has a little more detail.
DC musician orders TV, gets assault rifle instead | Fox News
According to a local story, the original label from the gun shop in FL to a dealer in PA was still on the box, under the TV shipping label. The recipient in DC apparently confirmed that- funny how that wasn't in any of the other stories I've read. Most of the other stories make it sound like Amazon made a mistake or someone irresponsibly shipped a rifle to the wrong person. Looks more like a label that wasn't well attached transferred in the back of a UPS truck. Although it's still kind of strange the label would wind up right on top of the original label.
