    And don't forget about those evil spatulas! You can either smack with the flat side, or slice with the edge. Perhaps we should have reasonable spatula control, limiting the size, and only one purchase per month!

    Still being new to Texas it is my understanding that the nice lady there used the BBQ fork for it's only legitimate purpose. I have been told when handling brisket or ribs one is supposed to use tongs or gloved hands only.
