Plenty of pools don't have life guards. Parents are responsible for watching their children and everyone else swims at their own risk.

Why? Nobody forced anyone to enter the theater unarmed.

. That kind of regulation that you suggest is a terrible one and reeks of socialism. Nobody forced these people to go into the movie. More government regulations and socialism are never the answers.

The theater provided security if I recall correctly with an off duty cop. How much security is needed?

I have been pretty clear on this- If you assume a risk: too bleeping bad. I am sick of cry babies in this country. If this case was about somethng other than a no gun sign a lot of folks on this forum would be throwing down a BS flag on the law suit. Many folks here are only defending the law suit because it involves guns.

This is not a case of a fire door being locked (against the law) and a fire starting which is a valid law suit and crimminal action.

The "danger" was posted. The BG planned this attack. It was not a willy nilly knee jerk nutcase. I can what if the situation to death where a CC'er could not have prevented the amount of deaths. He could have snuck an Uzi in and moved as he fired close to the rows giving hardly anybody any warning....what kind of security do you want?

Metal detectors? Armed security guards with NVG's patrolling the aisle's?
Toorop, msgt/ret and atctimmy like this.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”
And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
