    First meeting

    Online dating is tough. I don't get a lot of connections, but the ones I do connect with seem to be high quality....

    This lady gives me her phone number after IMing for a bit. After speaking for a while and deciding that she is definitely worth meeting, I suggest that we meet at a Starbucks. Unfortunately she lives an hour away. But, thinking to myself, I have to go to this gun store for some things. It is 1/2 way between so I can kill two birds with one stone. During our conversation we discuss shooting for a bit (I always bring it up just to screen them out) and I tell her that I have to go to this gun store which is 1/2 way between us and we can meet at Starbucks afterwards. No, she says, let's meet at the gun store.

    That was a first!!!

    We have a shooting date set for the future.
