This kids home life definitely needs to be looked into. I'm also curious if he has any siblings..

I too can understand the frustration as a parent buy I'd never handle it the way that father did. I'd definitely being looking into legal options criminally and civil. There's no telling what long term issues physical and mental these attacks could of caused.

"they were just playing and it possibly can't be a parents fault". Parents and Guardians need to discipline their kids like they used to noways it's automatically someones else fault. i would like to see that kid when he is 15
