That is a real setup of lights in London. No one there actually stops for it though.
The way things have been going lately this photo should come with a caption...
"Coming soon to an intersection near you"
I just hope the city planners in my hometown don't see this pic; they're already light-happy!

I was at that same intersection and I accidentally ran the 7red lights on the right. I could have sworn that at least 6 of them were yellow though.
