Patrick Henry would be on a government watch list today. Along with the rest of his anti government friends.

Quite frankly it makes one ashamed to not to be on the no fly list. Somehow the thirst for freedom is not as acute in their descendants. Set aside some time to take one of Hillsdale's free Courses on the Constitution.

The lack of responses to this thread lends credibility to the above article......

It was all over the national news that Sept. 17th was the 1st year anniversary of the Occupy Wall Street Movement.

I didn't hear anything about it being Constitution Day!

Obviously you've not got your priorities straight.

Maybe its the media that doesn't have there priorities straight.

Constitution Day (or Citizenship Day) is an American federal observance that recognizes the adoption of the United States Constitution and those who have become U.S. citizens. It is observed on September 17, the day the U.S. Constitutional Convention signed the Constitution in 1787.

The law establishing the holiday was created in 2004 with the passage of an amendment by Senator Robert Byrd to the Omnibus spending bill of 2004. Before this law was enacted, the holiday was known as "Citizenship Day".
