I think they don't mind what you spend your money on as long as you make the minimum payment only and rack up tons of interest!

    Edit:
I got one through Bass that has certain rewards if I use it there. Got it because of an associated discount at the time.

Cash is gun friendly.... you can always buy guns with it... so it must be.
I don't know of any banks that issue their own credit cards anymore... they're almost always issued by a mega bank... and most of the mega banks are not gun friendly... regardless of the association on the card, like NRA or Bass Pro.

    It could be worse!
    I suppose

The reason I ask is I am going on a trip and I need a credit card for it. I could up my money on my PayPal credit card but was thinking I could go for a more gun friendly credit card.

I gotta agree with Mike1956, check out the NRA. We all know they are gun friendly.

Well NRA credit card is still VISA. Credit card companies don't care about you they just want to make money

This is the current agreement I found for a Cabella's Visa. I would look for better if your credit is good.. But I am very picky about credit cards. I would choose a credit card that gives you the best deal. BoA was very critical of guns by droppping accounts of gun related customers but back stepped on that. Like someone said before...big banks issue the cards, not the companies.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Cabela's Purchases 9.99%
    APR for Other Purchases 15.22% - 18.22%
APR for Cash Advances and Balance Transfers 25.22%

    Fees
    Annual Fee None
    Transaction Fees
Cash Advance Either $10 or 4% of the amount of each cash advance, whichever is greater.
Balance Transfer Either $10 or 4% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”
And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”

I have a credit rating of more than 700 so I should have no problem getting a card.

If you are eligible USAA is probably the best around. I don't know about any specific gun policies but I haven't had any problems. They take great care of me. Also pretty much all the board and directors are retired or former military.
