I read through the Bible every year (New testament and Psalms get read twice in my plan) so I am currently reading Isaiah, Psalms and Acts. Just finished reading the Westminster Confession of Faith. Books from the last couple of months are Zane Grey's Riders of the Purple Sage and the Rainbow Trail, A Fist Full of Collars (a Chet and Bernie Mystery) (just for something light). Currently reading Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy. I am fairly eclectic and all the free classics available from Kindle let me catch up on books I never read or want to read again.

The "Camulod" series of books (9) by Jack Whyte, a novel about the ~100yrs period preceding and during the rise of Arthur Pendragon. A bit of a mythical/historical SHTF thriller, more or less, about how a few visionaries sought to survive the fall of the Roman empire near the end of the 4th Century AD.

Thanks for stopping by Cameron, interesting how much you actually did learn in that marketing series in school... and you're using it well...

I'll look at your book, and try a kindle sample... keeping in mind that you say the first half is redeemed by the second... and that kindle will only sample the first.

I'm assuming all you guys have already read THE book, yes? I am of course talking about John Ross's work which should be required reading for every gun owner and patriotic American. Its the only book I actually keep in my safe along with my guns I value it that much.

If you haven't read it, good luck trying to find a copy for under $200. And no, you can't borrow mine.

Oddly, the very few people who have disliked the story read just the first chapters, which include some nasty stuff, and they pretty much concluded, "well, that's what the Author want's to have happen." Two of my initial 2 star reviews ultimately finished the story and have since recanted (one in the text of the review and another in a comment to his review.) So, the story does end in a way that is satisfying and conciliatory.

My only frustration with the Kindle versions is you don't get the proper small caps which all appear as lowercase letters... It's a conversion problem with Kindle, I'm told, and my publisher is working on a fix... The hard copy, has all the proper small caps AND has all sorts of cool fonts that actually add the the story...

But, thank you soooo much! Keep me apprised as you read along.
