Looks great! I could eat pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner pretty much every day without getting sick of it.

I'll have to start making my own now.

I don't think that would matter since a slice of bread is 15 grams & I am supposed to keep daily intake below 130 grams.....dunno???

I don't make my own pizzas but I do order them fresh take-n-bake from a local pizzeria and make them on the grill. I use hickory chips and love the taste of smokey pizza.

Looks great. being a fellow Chicagoan, I have an attitude when it comes to pizza. Not much in the way of pizza in the Cincy area for sure, thick or thin.
I'd rather be lucky than good any day

Majority rule only works if you're also considering individual rights. Because you can't have five wolves and one sheep voting on what to have for supper.

Well in that case, I'll bring the stogies. Man that pizza looks good. As hungry as I am right now, it's almost wrong to post such a thing.

Any chance you'd be willing to share your dough recipe? I could never seem to find a decent one...

You are so close, you should head over one night. The dough recipe is from a friend in Chicago. And.... you are correct, pizza in Cincy sucks!

    2-1/2 cups warm water
    1-1/2 packs dry yeast
    2lb flour
    1/2 cup oil
    1 tsp salt
Mix your wet ingredients together & then add them to the flour & salt mixture. Mix till dough comes together in a ball then let proof for an hour covered.

    Um,

I'm gonna go out on a limb & show my ignorance, what is a pizza stone?

    Pizza looks really good BTW.
