Looks great! I could eat pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner pretty much every day without getting sick of it.
I'll have to start making my own now.

I don't make my own pizzas but I do order them fresh take-n-bake from a local pizzeria and make them on the grill. I use hickory chips and love the taste of smokey pizza.

Looks great. being a fellow Chicagoan, I have an attitude when it comes to pizza. Not much in the way of pizza in the Cincy area for sure, thick or thin.

2-1/2 cups warm water
1-1/2 packs dry yeast
2lb flour
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp salt
Mix your wet ingredients together & then add them to the flour & salt mixture. Mix till dough comes together in a ball then let proof for an hour covered.
